Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager located in Jamshedpur. The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing a team of insurance agents, overseeing the development and execution of sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales and team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of health insurance products and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
The ideal candidate should possess the ability to work under pressure, excellent analytical skills, and a strong attention to detail.
