Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Service Executive. The Service Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and ensuring exceptional customer service in our Service Centre Partner Outlets located in Noida,. The Service Executive will be expected to communicate effectively with customers, manage teams, and maintain a high level of organization to meet service requirements within the shortest possible time frame.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in managing teams and providing exceptional customer service
• Organization Skills and ability to meet service requirements within tight deadlines
• Fluency in at least one regional language in addition to English
• Strong computer skills
• Experience in the service industry is preferred
• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in any field
