About the Position --TERRITORY HEAD- SALES

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a pleasing personality and exceptional communication skills, based in Delhi-NCR and with a minimum experience of 12-18 years in sales with a reputed educational institute/college/university/organisation. Territory Head Sales is a key leadership position responsible for the sales targets across the region. This role requires a combination of sales leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on sales skills to drive sales in the region . This role requires an excellent track record in sales . The key responsibilities associated with this role are as under:

Strategy: Developing and implementing a sales strategy aligned with the overall organizational goals.

Team Leadership: Leading and managing the Sales team of the region. Providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.

Sales :

Achieving weekly/monthly admission target of the centres in the region Ensuring sales process adherence by sales team. Responsible for admission process & documentation, batch formation, giving career seminar at educational institutes, schools, colleges etc. Facilitate data management, team management and preparing MIS reports Leading by example and ensuring Proper handling of all queries of students & parents by effective counselling by sales team Make productive BA tie ups Conduct STP activities regularly for your centres. Ensuring sales team is doing proper and timely follow-ups of walk-ins. Visiting regularly the centers and ensuring sales targets are delivered.

Data Management:

Maintaining accurate records of sales and other relevant information. Analyzing this data to identify trends, measure outcomes, and make informed decisions to maximise sales.

Day-to-Day Operations: Ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency in all aspects of the sales at the center. Regular visits to centers in the region

Company Policies & Directives:

Ensuring strict adherence to Sales Processes, Policies and Directives

Other Requirements Must be open to extensive travel Must be Excellent in PowerPoint Presentation Exceptional Communication skills and Interpersonal skills. Must be based in Delhi- NCR

Qualifications

Graduate with exceptional presentation and communication skills and a pleasing personality. 12-18 Years of excellent track record in sales.
