Role Description

The Assistant Manager - Legal and Compliance is a full-time on-site role located in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for managing legal compliance, f iling ROC forms and returns, maintaining statutory books, registers, records under Companies Act, preparation of minutes of the Meeting of the Board of Directors, General Meetings and Committee Meetings and managing various secretarial functions viz. incorporation of companies, ROC and FEMA compliance, liaisoning with RBI, MCA and drafting representations to be filed with external agencies, legal research drafting and vetting India commercial agreements and in executing commercial contracts with other countries. You will support the company's legal and compliance activities by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, reviewing legal documents, drafting agreements and managing litigation. You will also assist the company in ensuring legal compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and monitoring matters related to corporate governance.
