Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Motor Vehicle Loans Specialist. This role involves managing and facilitating the loan process for customers looking to finance the purchase of motor vehicles. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. This is a full-time position based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in automotive finance.
- Strong knowledge of loan servicing procedures and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and loan management software.
- Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Review loan applications and assess customer's eligibility for motor vehicle financing.
- Provide guidance and assistance to customers in completing loan documentation.
- Evaluate and verify customer's financial information and creditworthiness.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to secure loan approvals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout the loan process.
- Monitor and track loan applications to ensure timely processing and disbursement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote motor vehicle financing options to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of loan transactions and update customer information in the database.
