Job description

- Whether on a call or via written correspondence, the ideal candidate would be one with quick wit, excellent communication and language skills
- Your responsibilities would range from dealing with tour enquiries, understanding client specifications and requirements, preparing customised itineraries, working closely with operations and trip designers to create and deliver the perfect getaway for our customers
- As an enquiries' person, you will be the first point of contact for the customer with Unventured
- You will be responsible for making the perfect first impression and representing the ideals and vision of the company to our prospective clients
Roles and Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via email and calls
- Prompt follow-ups at a committed time with travellers.
- Being well-versed with tours conducted by the company
- Understanding client specifications and suggesting suitable tours.
- Preparing customised itineraries to suit the clients' preferences and budget.
- Guiding customers through the booking procedure.
- Coordinating with internal operations to ensure the client's needs are met.
- Researching destinations and keeping up to date with travel industry news.
- Providing up to date advice on travel regulations including visa and medical requirements, baggage limits, safety and local customs.
- Submit a monthly sales and enquiry report based on geography and source as per guidelines set by the organisation
