Senior ServiceNow Lead
Required Skills
- 10 years of ServiceNow Experience
- Demonstrated experience in:
- Service Portfolio Management (SPM)
- IT Service Management (ITSM) Agent Workspace
- Any integrations using REST and SOAP in ServiceNow
- Strong JavaScript use inside ServiceNow
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow reporting
- Great communication written and verbal and very positive team player
Nice to haves
- Implement Alignment Workspace
- Implement Virtual Agent
- Build integration SLACK to Virtual Agent
- Experience with web technologies JavaScript, ES5+, HTML, CSS/SCSS, SQL. Experience in one or more JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS or React is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Collect requirements from business stakeholders (Managers, Service Desk, and others)
- Recommendations around best practices
- Participate as part of a client lead agile team
