*Position: Quality Head - Lead Acid Battery Manufacturers*

*Responsibilities:*
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control policies and procedures for Lead Acid Battery manufacturing processes.
- Establish and enforce quality standards, ensuring products meet or exceed industry regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous quality enhancement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Analyze data and trends to make informed recommendations for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant quality certifications and standards.
- Lead investigations into quality incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and deliver quality training programs for staff at all levels.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and technological advancements to enhance quality processes.

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Head in the Lead Acid Battery manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

*Experience:*
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in quality management.

*Additional Requirement:*
- Strong knowledge and experience in the paperwork associated with quality processes.
