Job Overview
We are seeking a Stock Executive to join our team at Illusion Dental Laboratory. As a Stock Executive, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and coordinating with vendors. This is a full-time position located in Boisar, Maharashtra, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in stock management or a similar role
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other stock management tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Vendor management experience is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor inventory levels, ensuring sufficient stock for production needs
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Perform regular stock audits and report any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of stock transactions, including inward and outward movement
- Inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity
- Collaborate with the production team to forecast stock requirements
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement in stock management
- Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized stockroom
- Conduct periodic stock counts to reconcile physical stock with system records
