Job description
Years of experience needed -
2-4 years of experience in insurance, broking, or back office operations
Knowledge and Expertise:
Knowledge of the insurance market and its processes
Knowledge of broker operations
Working knowledge of Fin Scan, Lexis Nexis, or similar product
Responsibilities:
Monitor and resolve all BE queries received by the team
Perform all required call backs and produce management information to enable effective tracking
Manage the 3rd party funds held with brokers
Daily closure of expired KYC s and third parties
Daily credit controller review of all active BE s
Monthly rendering review of all active BE s
Ensure all department procedure documents are up to date
Participate in other projects and tasks as directed by the IBA & BE Team Manager
New team training on the due diligence procedures
Security Committee and Business Unit MI production
Education:
Graduate or equivalent
