Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded individual to join our team as an Account Director. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the advertising industry, with a deep understanding of client management, campaign development, and team leadership. As an Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring the successful execution of advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Client Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, and ensuring their needs are met.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for account growth.
• Understand client objectives, provide strategic guidance, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while interfacing with different internal and external contacts.

Strategic Planning and Campaign Development:

• Develop and implement strategic advertising plans that align with clients' goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with creative and media teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute impactful campaigns across various channels.

Campaign Performance Analysis:

· Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

· Collaborate with analytics teams to measure and report on the success of advertising initiatives.

Team Leadership:

• Provide guidance and leadership to account teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Conduct regular team meetings, set clear objectives, and mentor team members to support their professional development.

Financial Management:

• Manage account budgets, ensuring profitability and financial success of campaigns.
• Work closely with the finance department to track expenses, prepare financial reports, and provide accurate billing information to clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in advertising account management.
• Proven success in developing and maintaining client relationships.
• Proven experience in client management.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
