Role And Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding sales results for the Fire Safety and Security and Network Infrastructure Divisions within the assigned geography.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Enterprise Customers in the assigned territory.
  • Cultivate relationships with System Integrators, Turnkey Contractors, Resellers, and Channel Partners to drive long-term growth.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to end customers, system integrators, and channel partners.
  • Implement market creation activities for the brands represented by PV Lumens.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business operations.
  • Oversee and ensure timely execution of orders and deliveries.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Candidate Qualifications

  • 3-4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Graduate/Post-Graduate, BE/BTech/Diploma/MBA preferred.
  • Previous frontline sales experience in one or more domains of Networking, Surveillance, Access Control, Fire Safety, or any IT/Security related industry.
  • Experience in sales to enterprise customers in the assigned territory.
  • Strong relationships with end customers, consultants, specifiers, system integrators, and turnkey contractors.
  • Ability to liaise with senior IT administrators/CIOs and finance/commercial managers.
  • Strong technical skills to understand customer pain points and provide solutions.
  • Ability to devise techno-commercial offers that align with customer budget and competitive scenario.
  • Proficiency in managing large sales funnels and maximizing conversions.
  • Thorough product knowledge in sales and technical aspects.
  • Market/industry knowledge.
  • Experience in reseller/channel development and management.
