Role: Team Lead-Inside Sales
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic team at VerveNest Technologies Pvt Ltd. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of junior professionals in achieving departmental goals. This is a full-time role based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, with an employment type of Full-Time. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of experience, with excellent communication skills and expertise in Business Loan Sales, Telecaller, Kannada, Inside sales, and Voice process.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, must handles a team of five members
- Strong knowledge of Business Loan Sales, Telecaller, Kannada, Inside sales, and Voice process
- Proven track record of meeting targets and achieving results
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of junior professionals in achieving departmental goals
- Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless workflow and efficient operations
- Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve productivity
- Identify and address any issues or challenges faced by the team
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
- Maintain regular communication with the management team
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental strategies
- Track and report team progress to the management
