Responsibilities For General Manager

  • Responsible for operations, sales, HR & commercial activities of the business unit.
  • P&L Responsibility
  • Prepare a strategic plan for the business unit.
  • Overseeing Accounts Payable/Receivable, commercial
  • Monitor daily financial transactions at the unit level Check sales invoices and determine cash and stock variances.
  • Preparation of periodic budgets and ensure adherence to the budgets for specific departments, projects, and business needs at the unit level
  • Ensuring the unit is compliant with accounting standards.
  • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure their adherence by concerned teams
