We're looking for Passionate Recruitment Manager for our India Business. Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talents across all levels in support functions including but not limited to HR, Finance, IT, Business Development and Operations. Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team's success. Collaborate with hiring managers and functional heads to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment plans tailored to support function roles. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, campus drive, recruitment agencies, networking, and employee referrals, to attract top talent. Partner with external organizations, community groups, and diversity focused recruitment networks to reach candidates from underrepresented backgrounds (Female, Person with Disabilities, LGBTQA+ and survivors) Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and fit for support function roles. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and other partners specializing in support function talent acquisition. Analyse recruitment metrics and data to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize hiring outcomes. What's required: MBA with 8-10 years of experiences in support function hiring across levels (Junior to Leadership roles) and must be well versed in end-to-end recruitment process.
