Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team at CloudCentric Infotech. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering Salesforce projects for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management or professional services
- Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce App Builder) is preferred
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Salesforce CRM and Force.com
- Experience in managing Salesforce implementation projects, including customization and integration
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage full lifecycle Salesforce projects, from initiation to closure
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into project deliverables
- Create project plans, define project scope, and develop project schedules and timelines
- Allocate and assign resources to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor project progress, track and report on key metrics, and identify any risks or issues
- Manage project budgets and financials, including resource allocation and cost tracking
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, stakeholder communication, and status reporting
- Proactively identify and manage project dependencies, risks, and issues
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Provide regular project updates to senior management and key stakeholders
- Conduct post-project reviews and identify areas for process improvement
