Job description

ob Title: HR Executive

Location: Chandigarh / Mohali

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Source identify and recruit candidates from diverse channels beyond traditional job portals such as Naukri. Utilize social media networking and other creative methods to attract a wide pool of qualified candidates.

Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the selection of candidates who align with companys values and objectives.

Team Management:

Manage and oversee existing teams within the organization

Foster a positive team environment providing support and guidance to team members.

Work closely with team leaders to address any HRrelated concerns and implement strategies for team development.

Employee Engagement:

Regularly interact with the current teams to understand feedback address concerns and identify areas for improvement.

Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction

Policy Creation and Updates:

Proactively contribute to the development and enhancement of HR policies

Stay informed about industry best practices and legal requirements ensuring policies are uptodate and in compliance.

Communication Bridge:

Act as a key liaison between the management and the teams

Communicate management decisions policies and changes to the teams and ensure their understanding.

Relay team feedback concerns and suggestions to the management for appropriate action.

Admin Responsibilities:

Identify and secure suitable office space

Oversee the closure of contracts related to office space ensuring legal and administrative requirements are met.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role.

Strong recruitment skills with the ability to source candidates from various channels.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Familiarity with team management and employee engagement practices.

Knowledge of HR policies and legal compliance.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
