Job Purpose:

As a Legal Manager, you will be pivotal in managing and overseeing legal matters related to our properties and contracts. Your responsibilities will primarily involve handling property documentation, leases, and registrations and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory aspects of land and properties. Additionally, you will be expected to provide legal expertise in contract matters. In this role, proficiency in both Gujarati and English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication and documentation.

Job Duties:

• Manage and maintain all legal documentation, leases, and registrations for our properties.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to land and properties.
• Provide legal expertise in property-related matters.
• Handle any legal aspects of contracts when required.
• Communicate effectively in both Gujarati and English, both written and verbal, for documentation and communication purposes.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to provide legal guidance and support as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Knowledge:

• In-depth knowledge of property documentation, leases, and registrations.
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory aspects of land and properties.
• Proficiency in Gujarati and English, both written and verbal.
• Strong legal knowledge and expertise
