Job Title: Software Testing Faculty/Trainer Skills Required: Manual Testing: Proficient in manual testing methodologies, test case design, and execution. Automation Testing: Demonstrated expertise in automation testing, including scripting and framework development. Selenium with Java: In-depth knowledge of Selenium WebDriver with Java for web application testing. Selenium with Python: Proficient in Selenium WebDriver using Python for automated testing. TestNG: Experience with TestNG framework for test case management and parallel test execution. Hybrid Framework: Strong understanding and practical experience in developing and implementing Hybrid Testing Frameworks. Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions on manual and automated testing methodologies. Provide hands-on training in Selenium with Java and Selenium with Python. Instruct on the usage of TestNG for effective test case management. Guide participants in the development and implementation of Hybrid Testing Frameworks. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging tools in software testing. Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Proven experience as a Software Testing Trainer/Faculty. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Relevant certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
