Position Description:  Field Work.  Target Oriented: Minimum Target of 5-6 dealers in 3 Month following with the joining 20% increase further onwards every month 250 -300 Vehicle sale 3 Month following with the joining from the assigned territory. General Requirement : Qualification : Post Graduate preferably MBA Age : 25 – 35 Years Exp. : 3-5 years (From automobile Industry would be preferred) Vehicle : 2 Wheeler Phone : Smart Phone Driving License : yes General Duties:  Detailed need analysis of Customer requirement.  Handling Dealer Development/Network expansion.  Scouting for dealer development, Cold calling.  Market analysis, Competitor mapping.  Strategic, planning and execution to achieve primary and secondary target of the Business .  Responsible to achieve periodic primary and secondary sales volume dealer wise.  Drive and manage dealer relationship through regular interaction, resolving dealer issues and supporting dealer business.  Do Proper touring for covering the market in assigned territory.  Access the market potentiality evaluate & appoint Dealers.
