Job Description :This vacancy for a Network Engineer, is with a Y Combinator startup based in Bangalore.- Strong engineering background in Computer networks or Electrical engineering- Can design complex router and network emphasis on Mikrotik based network and devices- Troubleshoot Issues that arise during design and deployment of Large scale wireless network- Can help to enhance our NOC & DC- Working knowledge of Network traffic scheduling and QoS- Working knowledge of Mikrotik, Cisco and Juniper- Excellent Working Experience in Radius (Authentication, Authorisation, Attributes, CoA, Accounting, etc), and Free Radius - understanding the internals.- Knowledge of Linux internal along with BASH scripting, API programming- High familiarity with Network L2/L3 protocols (IPv4, IPv6, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VLAN, VPN and MPLS)- Can independently identify areas needing improvement or change- Experience with wireless networking preferred- Skilled in ensuring best practices for securing network devices- Previous experience in networking, ISPs, or other related fields- Team player who enjoys collaborative effort.NOTE : This is an office going role.
