Job description
Job Description :Knowledge and experience :- Experience of minimum 3- 5 Years in L2 level in Wireless Cisco/Aruba/Extreme Networking.- Good understanding of Wireless technologies and their working, including implementation of Wireless controllers, integration with wireless authentication methodologies.- Knowledge of Aruba, Extreme and Cisco Wi-Fi solutions.- Knowledge of Cisco DNA Center solutions with Wireless.- Experience in L2 support of Cisco ISE- Experience in Cisco DNA Space- Proactively handle all network, wireless solutions or tools as required.- End to end support for Hardware Issues.- Inventory management includes all Customer devices under scope.- Coordinating with vendor for Customer hardware.- Proactive Monitoring of all the Network Related components and Services.- Follow the Incident Management Procedure for resolving the Incident.- Co-ordinate with vendors in case of problems arising due to hardware.- Overall service availability Dashboard- Need to support on Changes/New requests/Feasibility tests on best effort basis.- Help Desk ticket Dashboard.
