Job Title: Lead VirtueTech
Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and technical leadership to a team of engineers,
ensuring the successful execution of software development projects.
Architectural Design: Design and implement robust and scalable solutions leveraging
Python and Azure technologies, aligning with project requirements and
organizational goals.
Azure Expertise: Utilize deep knowledge of Azure services, including but not limited
to Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database, and Azure DevOps, to
architect and deploy cloud-based applications.
Backend Development: Lead the development of backend systems and services using Python,
ensuring high performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product
managers, designers, and QA, to understand requirements, provide technical
insights, and drive successful project outcomes.
Code Quality and Standards: Enforce best practices in coding standards, testing, and
documentation, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Team Development: Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment, mentoring
team members and promoting skill development to enhance overall team
capabilities.
Troubleshooting and Optimization: Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks, security
vulnerabilities, and other technical challenges in Azure-based applications.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer
Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Lead Engineer with
expertise in Python and extensive hands-on experience with Azure services.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture
and design principles.
Solid background in backend development,
with proficiency in Python frameworks.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version
control systems, particularly Azure DevOps.
Excellent communication skills and the
ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor
engineering teams.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on
delivering high-quality solutions within deadlines.
