We are looking out for Sr Mgr -Finance for our client office at Guindy in Chennai.

6) Experience- 7-10 years of relevant experience post CA with companies in Fintech/ Media/ education/ logistics/ Payment platforms/ advertising or similar service based organizations of repute
Should have handled international operations( APAC) a part from india market
Should have experience of IFRS/ GAAP accounting standards

YOU WILL VIBE WITH US :
Complete end to end Finance and Accounts management of F&A Operations.

The main responsibilities are:
• Accounts Receivable management including
o Revenue recognition
o Customer account recons
o Ensure no revenue leakages
o Timely billings to customers with no revenue leakages
• Accounts Payable management
o Monthly vendor account reconciliation for A category vendors and Quarterly
account recons for other vendors
o Adherence to the Payment TAT
o Statutory payment & local law compliances
o Ensure all provisions and ageing of provisions are tracked
• GL Management and reporting
o Reporting to APAC
o Timely closure of per target date (WD+4)
o Statutory and Internal audit management

2) Monthly Revenue MIS for India and APAC management for effective decision making

o Take lead in working with business managers and be an enabler
o On a Monthly basis:
â–ª GL review
â–ª Balance Sheet and Schedules review
o Own various SOP/DTP and work in cross functional teams
o Business support
• Strategic decision making
o Policy decisions
o Cross Functional team
• Tactical decision making
o Interaction with Internal customers in India/APAC
o Interaction with External customers etc.

Requirements:
• 7-11 years' work experience
- Chartered Accountant
• Good understanding of IFRS/IGAAP
• Support Revenue budget & Reporting
• MS office including Good Excel & power point skill sets.
• Hands on knowledge of ERP systems
• Analytical blend of mind
• Teamwork
• Management by exceptions
• Good communication skills (Imperative)
