Profile: Technical Recruiter (US Staffing) Experience :2 to 5 years Max Notice Period: Immediate joiner or 15 days Max. Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred: Degree in Engineering/IT/any specialized discipline is a big plus) Compensation: As per Market Standard Location: Gurgaon We are looking for Strong US IT Recruiters for our company. Should have Experience 2- 5 yrs. Should have Excellent communication skills. Should have excellent track record in W2 hiring & Corp to Corp Hiring. Familiarity with US Tax terminologies-W2, C2C, 1099, etc. Expert in active searches of US Job Portals (Dice, Monster, etc.) Responsible for End-to-End Recruitment from understanding the job description, searching/ sourcing & screening resumes to shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews & negotiating the rates. Demonstrate knowledge about US Geography, Work Visas, Document’s screening, and validation. Clear understanding of US benefits, compensation, employment types and US Tax Terms. Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio from submittals into interviews and placement.
