Experience in managing teams will be preferred

Key Roles :

ï'· Manages a team of Signature Banking Relationship Managers
ï'· Leading, guiding and mentoring team of Signature Banking Managers
ï'· Strategic planning and implementation to achieve business goals
ï'· Enhancing engagement of High Net Worth Customer through joint calls with RMs
ï'· Ensuring team focus and consistent delivery across all products as per defined vectors –
Balance-sheet, Contactibility, Investment & Insurance, Asset products, Trade Forex
ï'· Monitoring reviewing Relationship Manager's Portfolio quality and hygiene metrics
ï'· Achievement of Relationship Manager Targets
ï'· Effectively manage and motivate team
ï'· Hiring and retaining of competent team members
ï'· Portfolio analysis with RMs and alignment with client needs
ï'· Ensuring 360° client engagement – 'Total Client Ownership'
ï'· Working closely with other Business Units, Regional level sales team and Branch Team to
leverage Cross-sell opportunities
ï'· Ensuring adherence to Compliance processes and guidelines
ï'· Coordination with other departments to ensure an enabling work environment and
infrastructure for the team
ï'· Performance evaluation of RM Team in consultation with other stakeholders
