Job description
Position Overview: As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing
and executing marketing strategies to promote our products/services and enhance our brand
presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute marketing campaigns calendar for entire year across various channels
including digital social media email and traditional media.
2. Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO SEM social media advertising and email
marketing to drive website traffic and conversions.
3. Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics providing regular reports to the leadership
team and making datadriven recommendations for improvements.
4. Collaborate with external partners agencies and internal teams to achieve marketing goals and
explore new opportunities.
5. Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and opportunities and use these
insights to inform marketing strategies.
6. Maintain and enhance the company s brand identity ensuring consistency across all marketing
materials and channels.
Location : Goregaon East Mumbai
Qualifications:
Bachelor& rsquo s degree in Business or Marketing related field (Master s degree preferred).
2 years of proven experience in marketing management in the BFSI would be highly
preferred.
Exceptional strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Resultsdriven with a track record of achieving marketing objectives.
Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
