Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Process Management: Conduct endtoend recruitment processes including sourcing screening interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Strategic Hiring: Collaborate with hiring managers and team leads to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Proactively seek updates from the team to ensure alignment with hiring needs.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and market standards to provide insights and recommendations for talent acquisition.
- Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Manage the ATS to ensure accurate and uptodate candidate information. Utilize automated CV review platforms to streamline the initial candidate screening process. Stay informed about advancements in recruitment technology to enhance our hiring efficiency.
Requirement:
- 24 years of proven experience in recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
- Familiarity with Automated CV Review Platforms and experience in managing ATS is an added advantage.
