Job Title: Manager Engineering EV (Electric Vehicles) Products Job Location- Anand, Gujarat Industry: Electrical / Electronics Manufacturing Position Overview Currently, one of our client -A leading provider of Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing solutions and is at the forefront of sustainable transportation solutions. We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Manager Engineering EV Products to lead our team in developing cutting-edge Drivetrains & Powertrains. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in product development of EV powertrains, batteries for EVs, auto components. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the development of Electric Vehicle products from concept to production . - Drive the engineering team to meet project milestones, deadlines, and quality standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product design and performance meet customer requirements and industry standards. - Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements related to Electric Vehicles. - Develop and implement product testing and validation processes to ensure product reliability and safety. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering roles within the Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing industry. - Proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams in the development of Electric Vehicle products. - Strong knowledge of Electric Vehicle technologies, batteries, power electronics, and vehicle integration. - Experience working with industry standards and regulations related to Electric Vehicles. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Job tags
