We are hiring a hands-on, entrepreneurial Software Engineering Manager with 5-6 years of work experience at a consumer internet company. The ideal candidate will be super excited about the opportunity to shape the technology and product experience within the spiritual landscape from the ground up! Responsibilities Backend Experience: You've spent 5-6 years working mainly on the backend in a product company, building and maintaining software that's in active use. Understand Frontend Basics: You have a basic understanding of how frontend technologies (like HTML, CSS, JavaScript) work and integrate with backend systems. Scalable Systems: You've contributed to designing and implementing systems that scale, ensuring they can handle growing amounts of traffic and data smoothly. Cloud Tech Knowledge: You're comfortable using cloud technologies, such as AWS, to create and manage services, with a solid grasp of how to leverage them for various needs. System Design Experience: You have experience in designing systems with effective use of databases, message queues, and API calls, focusing on creating reliable and efficient solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field. Experience with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks). Proficient in AWS services and RESTful API development. Familiar with databases (SQL, NoSQL), web servers, and UI/UX design. Knowledge of Git Working Knowledge of PythonJob tags
