Problem We Are Solving

In comparison to worldwide norms, customer support in traditional contact centers is quite appalling, due to high number of queries, insufficient capacity of agents and inane customer support systems, businesses struggle with a multi-fold rise in customer discontent and bounce rate, resulting in connectivity failure points between them and customers. To address this issue, IITian couple Manish and Rashi Gupta founded Rezo's AI-Powered CX Cloud for Enterprises 2018 to help businesses avoid customer churn and boost revenue without incurring financial costs by providing 24x7 real-time responses to customer inquiries with minimal human interaction.

Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. In this SaaS/B2B sales role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, engaging with prospects, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities and building a robust sales pipeline through effective prospecting and lead nurturing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead/Demand Generation: Conduct research and actively prospect for potential clients within the target market. Utilize various channels, including online sources, social media, industry events, and networking, to identify and qualify leads.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Initiate contact with prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, and personalized outreach. Effectively communicate our value proposition, understand their business needs, and qualify them as potential opportunities.
  • Qualification and Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth needs analysis and qualification of leads to determine their fit for our products/services. Gather relevant information, uncover pain points, and assess the prospect's potential for conversion.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with prospects by providing personalized and valuable communication. Engage in consultative conversations to understand their challenges, offer insights, and position our solutions as a means to address their specific needs.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team with qualified leads. Coordinate and manage calendars to ensure seamless appointment arrangements.
  • Lead Nurturing: Implement lead nurturing strategies to engage and cultivate relationships with prospects who are not yet ready to convert. Utilize email campaigns, content sharing, and follow-up communication to stay top-of-mind and move leads through the sales funnel.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads. Provide detailed and accurate lead information, including key insights and conversation summaries, to enable effective follow-up.
  • Sales CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead activities, interactions, and outcomes in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Provide regular reports on lead generation and conversion metrics.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field. Relevant certifications or courses in sales or lead generation are a plus.

Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales development, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles is preferred. Familiarity with B2B/SaaS sales processes and lead generation strategies is beneficial.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. Active listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions.

Self-Motivation: Highly motivated and driven to achieve targets and meet goals. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.

Resilience and Persistence: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive mindset. Persistence in pursuing leads and overcoming objections.

Technological Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software, email automation tools, and other sales-related technology platforms. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools.

Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support. Willingness to share insights and provide feedback.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the B2B industry, including key market trends, competitors, and customer pain points. Ability to conduct research and gather market intelligence.

To be successful in this role, you must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you must be comfortable using sales and marketing technology tools such as customer relationship management (CRM) software, email marketing platforms, and social media platforms.
