Job description
Sales Support Engineers
- 7+ Years of Sales cloud experience
- Hands on with Apex programming and Lightning
- Perform Root Cause Analysis on Tickets assigned
- Perform Impact analysis and document solution
- Perform Configuration and Customization on Salesforce Applications in the Ecosystem based on
approved solution design
- Debugging and resolving custom components including integration components for SFDC, LWC, Flows
SFDC APIs, Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex call out, outbound messaging and SFDC data loaders
- Create Unit Test Plans and Perform Unit Testing / Document Defects
- Support System and User Acceptance Testing
- Understand and follow development standards
- Deployment and Warranty Support
- Strong problem solving, communication and troubleshooting skills
- Good understanding of ITIL process
Marketing Support Engineer - 6 + years' experience in IT industry as a software developer preferably in Salesforce CRM Technologies
- 2+ years' experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation
- Experience in implementation of Email Studio, content Builder, Contact Builder, journey builder
- Experience in SQL and Automation studio using Query Activity
- Experience in building complex multi-channel journeys in SFMC
- Experience in building reports and tracking KPI in SFMC
- Good to have experience in SSJS, HTML etc.
- Usage of AMP scripting to use data from data extensions.
- Usage of API in order to invoke triggers and create redundant data
- Usage of SOQL for data manipulation needs of the application using platform database objects.
- Reporting on email campaigns for various stakeholders. Cross departmental collaboration on project reviews.
- Development and maintenance of large volume data-driven email campaigns, asset mgmnt of email channel calendar and Direct email.
- Experience in message design, subscriber and data management, inbox delivery, and external integrations with the Marketing Cloud email application
- Good to have experience in Litmus testing
- Marketing Cloud Setup and successfully troubleshoot account configuration and user requests.
- At least ONE certification on SFMC
- Strong problem solving, communication and troubleshooting skills
- Good understanding of ITIL process
