- Hiring 3 years' experience in Assistant Manager-Sales for Lambda Technologies LLP, Gurgaon
Role Summary/Purpose : - The Astt. Sales manager shall work under the overall leadership of Sales Manager and shall be accountable for discovering new applications, New Customers and new Market .He will carry a numbers target with him and would be expected to at least meet the numbers in every quarter. He shall be working with the current Lambda Technologies LLP portfolio of Fire and Safety and Automation solutions. These include, Fire Detection System, Fire Suppression system cables, Deluge Valves etc. - The person shall ensure complete compliance in his activities line with the companies' policies Essential Responsibilities : - Lead the Lambda Technologies LLP Sales efforts in achieving both numbers as well as complete customer satisfaction and thereby increase probabilities of repeat business. Key Measurements : 1) Achieving numbers target 2) Ensuring customer satisfaction. 3) Creating new markets 4) Coordinate with Technology suppliers. 5) Margins. 6) Plan & build sustainable business 7) Independently coordinating with customer leadership 8) Creating an orders pipeline Qualifications/Requirements : 1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university/ college 2. Minimum of 4-5years' experience in F&S sales role. with experience in interacting with the customers & closing business 3.
