D2- Studio Manager / Design Manager (Location: NEW DELHI – INDIA)
Expertise: Team Management & Project Management
This position is for architects with 1-4 years of experience who wish to take up a senior role at the studio handling teams, projects and workflows across multiple offices with HQ in Delhi. The person will be based in Delhi & Gurgaon offices, reporting directly to the Principal Architect, and managing workflows of the teams (in Delhi – personally & other cities – through online syncing). A proven experience of being a part of teams of 10-20 people and understanding of management is required. The role is ideal for junior level architects who wish to grow in an administrative role to handle the studio or intermediate architects who have proficiency in team management and on-site project handlings.
Key roles & responsibilities: Being the associate for Principal Architect to handle studio operations and aid in company expansion to take up a senior role in the administration.
