Key Responsibility

Proactively identify potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for the organization.

Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract qualified candidates.

Utilize various platforms, including company career pages and external job boards, to post job openings.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.

Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs.

Regularly evaluate and improve the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.

Previous experience in recruiting, human resources or a related field is beneficial.
