The role would involve channel partner acquisition and account management in Bangalore.
- Build a strong network of real estate brokers in an allocated area and develop partnerships with them
- Setting up & activation of new channel partners and overseeing the on-boarding process.
- Regularly visiting the channel partners, new and old, to build a strong influence over the network
- Designing incremental sales schemes for Channel Partner
- Ensure a continuous flow of customer database and leads through the help of your channel partners
- Ensure the highest level of quality in leads - a high-quality lead can be defined as an Experience Centre Visit or Site Visit for each Customer Lead shared by the Channel Partner
- Maintaining proper reporting of daily sales activity to map performance
- Coordinating with cross-functional departments to ensure channel partner satisfaction
- Follow up with internal team members to ensure that appropriate action has been taken on customer requests
- Ensuring engagement of channel partners through trust, communication, and service offerings of the company
- Maintaining the brand image of the company by appropriate code of conduct
- Conducting market review / studies and analyzing competitor's activities thereby devising strategies to counter them
Job Requirement
- At least Graduation or Similar
- 1-2 years of experience in working with Real Estate Channel Partners is mandatory
- Good working knowledge of real estate brokers and their business
- Positive attitude for doing 2-3 meetings each day, for meeting new people and someone who enjoys doing sales
- Great sales skills with a knack for connecting with the Channel Partners and End Customers alike
- Two-wheeler with a valid license
- Conversant in Kannada, Telugu, English and Hindi
- Highly motivated individual who is target-driven
- Flexible with work timings/ schedule and availability
