Job Overview
We are hiring a Site Engineer to join our team at Our client company. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing construction projects at various sites. The role requires a solid understanding of civil engineering principles, project management, and quality control. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, with a mid-level experience requirement of 4 to 6 years.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer, preferably with 3 to 5 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of residential project management and construction processes
- Proficiency in site execution and layout management
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and regulations
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Monitor and enforce quality control standards
- Prepare project progress reports and documentation
- Conduct site visits to assess work progress and resolve any issues
- Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement construction plans
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Manage and maintain project records and documentation
- Supervise and train site staff as necessary
