Proper follow up with the designing team for all the 3d/2d and artwork Cdr files on time.
Need to connect with maximum vendors for the best quotation. - Setup and Execution on time.
Team meetings pre / on / post event to avoid last minute issues. - Post event vendor invoices as quick as with additional.
Submit P&L and master Sales reports on time to accounts. - Work of the day and the same update in the daily report.
