With limited edition prints, trans-seasonal standout statement pieces - Drawn aims at disrupting highstreet fashion practices with a focus on conscious consumption and limited runs of wearable art at affordable price points.

With a strong presence across various social media platforms, we're dedicated to delivering top-notch fashion content and experiences to community.

As our Social Media Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our digital strategy, responsible for crafting engaging content, driving audience engagement, and enhancing brand visibility across all social media channels.

Qualifications:

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in social media content and strategy, preferably within the fashion industry. Proven track record of planning and executing successful content strategies and campaigns for brand growth. Exceptional copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity. Proficiency in data analytics tools to interpret social media metrics and derive actionable insights. Proficiency in basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers. A creative and strategic mindset with a passion for fashion and storytelling.

Job Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and platforms, ensuring the brand is at the forefront of social media advancements.

Content Creation and Management:

Create and curate visually appealing and on-brand content, including images, videos, and copy. Coordinate and maintain an editorial calendar for regular posting and campaign launches. Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and resonates with the luxury fashion target audience.\

Platform Management:

Manage and maintain the brand's presence on various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn). Optimize social media profiles to maximize reach and impact.

Campaign Execution:

Plan and execute exciting social media campaigns that drive user engagement and conversions. Collaborate with influencers and partners for co-branded campaigns.

Customer Engagement:

Address customer inquiries, comments, and messages on social media platforms promptly and professionally. Foster positive customer interactions and manage online reputation.

Community Building:

Build and nurture an active and engaged online community around the brand. Develop and execute strategies for increasing followers and audience engagement.

Graphic Design:

Utilize basic graphic design skills to create visually appealing and shareable social media content. Collaborate with graphic designers for more complex design needs.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze social media metrics, providing actionable insights to improve performance. Create regular reports highlighting key KPIs and campaign results.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and e-commerce, to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
