CAMPAIGN SPECIALIST
Roles and Responsibilities
- Deep understanding of various digital and online advertising platforms and formats such as organic, PPC, Social, Display, Search, Email, video and associated metrics
- Own the overall execution of Email strategy for Lead Generation and Lead Nurturing to effectively communicate with target audience and prospects such that they remain engaged through out their journey with the Brand.
- Understand product marketing and growth strategies and work under the guidance of Digital Strategist to meet/exceed client objectives
- Should be able to develop Campaign Briefs and work with creative team to develop content for various touchpoint with the customers.
- Setup and execute email campaigns on the marketing automation platform (using SFMC) including creation of email journeys, choosing the right templates, fixing the content, audience segmentation, create various email lists and QA processes.
- Work with the team to setup and execute Social Media, Search and GDN campaign, manage day to day operations and reporting as per KPI
- Develop audience segmentation and logic, manage user attributes and web events.
- Build and test email templates and content
- Manage opt-out requests subscriber profile updates.
- Ensure best practices are included in all campaigns
- Participate in client calls & meetings working hand-in-hand with campaign managers and strategists to create goals and KPIs, then ensuring campaigns are performing as they should.
- Manages client expectations, bringing issues/concerns to Campaign Manager’s attention before they become problems, offering potential solutions, and advising of potential delivery delays
Desired Qualification
- 6-7 years of experience in a similar role
- Must have experience of running large scale email campaigns for UK and US market
- Strong understanding of data is a must. Knowledge of data tools is a plus
- Should have good knowledge of all social and content marketing platforms.
- Must be number driven and ensures best CTRs, CPLs, CPQL and CPA through experiments and data analysis.
- Must have experience working with SFMC Marketing Automation Platform.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
