Position: Area Manager Sales (Business Loan)

Experience: 3 to 7 Y ears in Secured & Unsecured Loan (Individual Role)

Qualification : Any Degree.

Team or Individual Contributor role : Individual (Handling DSA )

Salary : 14L CTC Max.

In Cross selling PL, BL, Home Loan products experience candidates can apply.

Grade Eligibility : To be responsible for selling Finance business loans and other related products

Role

  • Plan & execute the BL strategy for month/quarter to ensure goals are achieved
  • Work with support functions for optimum TAT and service delivery. Sanction & disbursement of files per month as per targets assigned
  • Carry out pre and post loan disbursal activities for business loans, and work towards renewal loans

  • Understanding of the product and competition practice in given space
  • Self-motivated and Perseverance to achieve the end objective of activity undertaken within timeline
