Job description

We are seeking a passionate sales and marketing representative to join our team at Eskaps India Private Limited, a leading water testing laboratory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in the environmental or water industry. The executive will play a crucial role in driving business growth, expanding our client base, and promoting our comprehensive water testing services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the environmental sector, including municipalities, government agencies, consulting firms, and industrial clients, hotels, hospitals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Drinking Water, Pond Water, Ground Water, Swimming pool Water, Industrial Water, Package Drinking Water, Reagents Water.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet their water testing requirements.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities, and use this information to develop targeted sales strategies.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and attending industry conferences and trade shows.
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand our testing capabilities and tailor solutions to meet client needs effectively.
• Deliver presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our water testing services and solutions.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and other sales documents in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing collateral, digital content, and promotional materials to support sales efforts.
• Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to water quality testing and environmental monitoring.
• Attend regular sales meetings and provide feedback to the management team on market trends, client needs, and competitive insights.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions, demonstrating professionalism and expertise in water testing
