Job description
Performance Test Lead Skillset: Total 10+ years of experience with ~6 years of performance testing experience across multiple platforms and varied domains. At least 4 years of experience in Jmeter is a must. (Load runner experience is a plus) Should be able to understand non-functional requirements. Ability to perform and report on a Proof of Concept and tool selection exercise. Should be an expert in developing scripts for API and GUI using Jmeter tool. Define/ contribute to workload model preparation. Define/ contribute in Test planning, Strategy development Responsible of running different type of test like load test , stress test , scalable test and endurance test Should have good understanding of cloud infrastructure and should have experience in performance testing in cloud environment. Should have experience in monitoring tools like Perfmon, HP Diagnostics, Dynatrace and Grafana Responsible for defining and execute the scenarios using Jmeter. Responsible for gathering and monitoring the client/ server level metrics. Should have excellent problem-solving skills with strong technical expertise and good interpersonal skills. Recommending new technologies that can help increase productivity. Train and mentor junior and entry-level team members. Assist with testing software and troubleshooting issues.
