Job description
• Provide strategic direction and vision to achieve operational excellence, production targets, and business objectives.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met or exceeded.
• Production Planning, develop and implement production plans to optimize output while minimizing downtime and costs.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement measures to continuously improve product quality.
• Promote and enforce a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance throughout the plant.
• Expertise in managing operations related to hot rolling mill, cold rolling mill, and induction furnace.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability, minimize breakdowns, and optimize maintenance schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand customer requirements and deliver products that meet or exceed expectations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to plant personnel, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
