Job Title: Strategic Sales Manager - B2B & B2B2C (School Partnerships)

Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore

About Us: EleFant is India's leading mobile app-based toy library, offering a wide range of high-quality toys for children ages 0-12. Our mission is to promote sustainable toy usage while fostering creativity, learning, and joy in children. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Sales Manager to drive our B2B and B2B2C partnerships with schools, including preschools and K12 institutions.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to establish partnerships with schools, preschools, and K12 institutions. 2. Identify and prioritize target schools based on strategic fit, market potential, and growth opportunities. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators, principals, teachers, and decision-makers. 4. Present EleFant's value proposition and offerings to schools, emphasizing the benefits of integrating our toy library service into their curriculum and programs. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize solutions and address the unique needs of each school partner. 6. Negotiate partnership agreements, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. 7. Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and onboarding new school partners. 8. Provide ongoing support and account management to school partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. 9. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve. 10. Track and analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and revenue targets to drive continuous improvement and achieve sales goals.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. 2. Proven track record of success in strategic sales, business development, or partnerships, particularly in the education sector. 3. Experience working with schools, preschools, or K12 institutions, with a deep understanding of the education landscape and decision-making process. 4. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence key stakeholders. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 6. Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive results. 7. Highly organized with excellent project management and time management skills. 8. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. 9. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with school partners and attend industry events. 10. Passion for education, child development, and making a positive impact in the community.
