Job Overview

Regional Sales Head - Microsoft/Cloud Sales will be responsible to achieve the entire Microsoft/Cloud Sales annual quota of Revenue for the Region (India) that they’re responsible for along with his/her target. Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft/Cloud Products & Solutions. This role is highly customer-focused, challenging, and result-oriented, which requires the ability and willingness to travel and to be able to work in a growing organization strategy of Microsoft/Cloud Sales Business.

Qualifications and Experience Required A minimum of 20 years of experience in selling IT Products & Solutions, out of which 10 -15 years in selling Microsoft/Cloud products, Solutions & Services. Strong background in working with the Microsoft/Cloud Sales team. Strong understanding of Microsoft/Cloud Products & Solutions. Effective & Good presentation skills. Experience in working with Large Teams and has to be a Good Team player. The role, responsibilities, and geographical focus will change and develop over time along with the company’s rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities To achieve Regional annual quota of Revenue & GP. Define & and develop a growth strategy for Microsoft/Cloud Business in India. Build the Microsoft/Cloud sales team in Embee Software. Focus on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Making sure 75% of the team members meet their Quarterly quota. To achieve an individual annual quota of Revenue & GP along with the Regional quota. Meetings with clients & Support Microsoft/Cloud BDMs to achieve their goals. Work with the internal Account Management Team to build the business in their set of Accounts. Promote Microsoft/Cloud products & Solutions internally to the sales team to achieve the set revenue & GP targets. Work with Microsoft/Cloud Team to do the deal registration and get the Preferential pricing. Have monthly Reviews with Microsoft/Cloud AM & PDM team on Business Development & New initiatives. Responsible to create RFPs with customers and sell our products, solutions & Services. Maintain the Console & Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices & Gross Profits. Planning and executing new marketing initiatives to build the Business. Create a strategy Upsell & Cross-sell in our existing Accounts. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. Trainings & Team enablement.
