Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Coordinator. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing customer service, providing administrative assistance, and ensuring smooth and efficient communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and solve problems efficiently
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with different teams and customers
• Experience in logistics operations.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Administrative assistance skills to support the team as needed
• A degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field is preferred
• US Shift (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM)
