Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager located in Mumbai. The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating human resource management activities, such as recruiting, staffing, compensation, benefits, training and development, labor relations, and performance management. The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the organization is in compliance with labor laws and regulations and that the organization's HR policies and procedures are up to date.
Qualifications
- Experience in human resources management, including recruiting, staffing, compensation, benefits, training and development, labor relations, and performance management
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- Master's degree in human resources or related field is preferred
- Professional certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
