Job Summary
• Design and release of electrical wiring, component, and systems for aircraft interiors.
• Duties and Responsibilities:
• Executing the assigned electrical design work and delivering quality output with complete
ownership
• Designing of harness for Interiors and or automotive vehicles
• Gathering inputs from the client and performing Electrical Load Analysis
• Preparing wiring schematics based on Inserts input for OEM parts and assemblies
• Designing of grounding systems
• Performing self-Quality Checks
Experience
• 0-1 years' experience with good proficiency in solidworks or CATIA V5 (wire harness, cabling,
Part Design/Assembly/Sheet Metal/Drafting)
• Experience in Electrical System Design & Installation and Electrical Harness Routing
• Hands on experience on 3D Electrical Harness routing and 2D Drawing creation in Catia V5
• Experience in Aerospace Interior Design (Electric vehicles, Seats, Side walls, Galleys, End
Cabinets) and design of Interior Monuments of Commercial and Business jet aircrafts
• Experience in dealing with international client is an added advantage.
• Should be Quality Conscious & self-driven and Flexible to learn new technologies.
• Ability to work proactively and independently for assigned work packages.
Qualification:
• MTech / B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from a reputed Institution
Competencies Requirement
Technical Competencies
• Proficiency in EHA, EHI and Harness Flattening
• Proficiency in Solid Works or CATIA (Cabling, wire routing, Part Design/ Assembly/Sheet
metal/Drafting) with hands on 2D drafting, 3 D Modelling and exposure on Enovia environment
• Knowledge on harness components like connectors, wires, supports etc
• Ability to read ICD, drawings and produce them as per ASME and Aerospace standards
• Ability to study the architectural product for harness routing design and prepare Technical &
Functional inputs
• Ability to gather information from the client and interpret the data for harness routing design
Ability to verify Harness rules application in 3D model of harness routing
• Ability to understand and create Block Diagram or Electrical Schematic
• Ability to define/negotiate the harness paths and fixation with architecture as per Boeing and
customer's best practices and harness Rule
• Thorough knowledge on aerospace interior / Galley products
• Knowledge on Concept and Detail design of Machined/ Sheet metal/ Plastic components
• Proficient in offering technical solutions (especially in the case of innovation/ cost reduction
techniques) with the help of client focal.
• Good understanding for General Engineering and Manufacturing feasibility
• Should have expertise in Updating design change in Routed Harness and Updating drawings /
layouts

Job Summary
Creation of Conceptual designs, 2D manufacturing drawings and 3D model modification as per ASME
Standards
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Generate Drawings/ Models using 3D CAD Tool (Solid Works)
• Design 2D,3D Conceptual model with GD&T specifications
• Create manufacturing drawings involving detailed past drawings, sub- assemblies and assembly
drawings
• Perform Quality Checks as per the standards
• Ensure that the project deliverables meet as per the schedule with FTR commitment
Experience
• Should have 0-1 yrs experience with good proficiency in Solid Works (Cable routing, Part
modeling/ Assembly/Sheet metal/Drafting)
• Should have good understanding for General Engineering and Manufacturing feasibility
• Should be able to read the drawings and produce the drawings as per the ASME and Aerospace
standards.
• Should have good expertise on creating manufacturing Drawing.
• Exposure to deal with an assembly with at least 400+ parts as well as sub-assemblies.
• Should be Quality Conscious & self-driven and Flexible to learn new technologies
• Ability to work proactively and independently for assigned work packages.
Qualification:
M.Tech / B.Tech / Post Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical /Automobile /Aeronautical/ Industrial
Engineering from a reputed Institution
Competencies Requirement
From Design & Development perspective, should have
• Exposure on technical Requirements collection and management
• Hands on experience on concept development per industrial design and validate Design Concepts
• Competency for conducting research for design objective and overcome challenges
• Exposure on Requirements Management
• Excellent knowledge of AC and DC electrical power systems
• Good knowledge of selection of connector and wire diameter based on application.
• Good understanding on electrical integration in product for lighting connectivity and battery
management system
✓ Experience in Electrical System Design & Installation and Electrical Harness Routing
✓ Ability to gather information from the customer and interpret the data for harness routing design
✓ Ability to verify Harness rules application in 3D model of harness routing
✓ Ability to understand and create Block Diagram or Electrical Schematic diagram for new and existing
product.
✓ Should have expertise in proto development and coordination with local and international supplier
✓ Should have detail understanding of Grounding and Bounding calculation approach
✓ Should have ability to understand and write Acceptance Test plan for assigned product.
✓ Proficient in offering technical solutions (especially in the case of innovation/ cost reduction
techniques) with the help of customer focal.
