Telecaller

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller at LOWCARS located in Jaipur. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads, arrange meetings, and assist in conversion of leads into customers. The Telecaller will also be responsible for maintaining customer databases, following up with interested or potential customers, and helping team members meet their targets.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to make outbound calls and handle customer queries
• Comfortable with using customer databases, Excel sheets, and other digital tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Prior experience as a telecaller preferred
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  

Note: Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
